Our organization is a part of the independent entities and health services within the Community Health Services of Georgia nonprofit integrated health system (CHSGa) and is committed to conducting business lawfully and ethically, while also promoting integrity in our delivery of healthcare services, business functions and the day-to-day interactions within the communities we serve. Our Compliance Program is designed to reinforce adherence to applicable laws, rules and regulations.

The Compliance Program receives support from Executive Leadership, Senior Associates, and Leadership Teams. Our Compliance Department is made available and accessible to all levels of the organization, promoting compliance and guidance toward these organizational values and commitments. Those seeking guidance or wishing to report a compliance-related concern are encouraged to Contact our Compliance Department.

Communications with the Compliance Department are considered confidential and retaliation is not permitted against those who seek advice and/or seek to report a concern in good faith. If preferred, Reporters may opt to remain anonymous and are encouraged to provide sufficient information to enable Compliance to conduct a thorough review of their question or concern.
